Practice in a company and regulated professions

The successive reforms concerning the exercise of regulated liberal professions in companies have generated a certain amount of confusion linked to the accumulation of increasingly less readable texts.

In this regard, we have returned to Ordinance No. 2023-77 published on February 8, 2023 in the Official Journal, which pursues two objectives: (i) simplification and (ii) optimization of the operation of these exercise structures.
